These english muffins are a cross between a traditional english muffin and a roll, with a less open crumb, and more fluff. Coated with a blend of coarse Janie’s Mill Bloody Butcher Cornmeal.
Perfect for eating on their own, cut open and spread with butter, or even in place of a roll with pasta.
